Fillet Steak & Lobster Tail




  • Fillet Steak

  • Lobster Tail

  • Portobello Mushroom 

  • Sweet Potato

  • Vine Cherry Tomatoes

  • Onion

  • Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive Oil Spray




Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries, spray with olive oil spray, sprinkle with salt & pepper and put in the oven at about 180 degrees (usually takes 30-40 mins to get crispy)


Slice onions into rings, spray with olive oil spray add salt and pepper and place on a baking tray with the portobello mushroom and tomatoes, I like tomatoes on the vine because I find them tastier (put these in the oven about 10 mins before the sweet potato fries are finished)


Boil water in a saucepan and salt.  Put the lobster tail in and cook until it turns red and when you poke the meat with a fork it's tender (8-13 mins depending on size)


Salt steak and fry until cooked to your liking.  Leave to rest for 5-10 mins which means it will lose less juice when you cut it resulting in a tastier and more juicy steak.


Serve, (I like my fries in these cute little baskets I found on Amazon) garnish with parsley and enjoy :)
