Pan Fried Scallops & Chorizo




  • Parsley

  • Lemon Juice

  • Soy Sauce

  • Olive Oil Spray

  • Chilli

  • Large Scallops

  • Chorizo




Chop the chillies and parsley and put to one side.

Slice the chorizo.


Spray the olive oil in the pan and warm, then add the slices of chorizo, cook for a few mins until hot all the way through and place on the plate.


Add the scallops to the pan (the oil will have chorizo juices mixed with it now to add extra flavour to the scallops)

Add a splash of lemon juice and a teeny splash of soy sauce.


Cook the scallops for around 2 mins on each side, they should look golden brown on the top and bottom and soft in the middle.


Place the scallops on the chorizo, sprinkle the chillies and parsley on top and enjoy :)
