Chicken, Red Pepper, Halloumi & Butternut Crinkle Chips




  • Chicken Breast

  • Halloumi

  • Red Pepper

  • Butternut Crinkle Chips

  • Watercress

  • Flat Leaf Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Italian Herbs

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Garlic Powder

  • Chilli Flakes

  • Olive Oil Spray




Put the butternut chips at 180 degrees in the oven and set the timer for 35 mins.


15 mins into the chips cooking time - place the chicken in tinfoil and sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian herbs, chilli flakes and smoked paprika on top and put in the oven.


About 5 mins before the chicken and chips are cooked add some olive oil spray into a frying pan and add the red pepper and halloumi.


Place the chicken on a plate with the pepper and halloumi on top and garnish with parsley.  Add the chips and watercress and enjoy :)
