Chicken Sir Fry

Broccoli (long stem)
Peel the carrots and use the peeler to make ribbons, chop mushrooms as thick as you like them. Finely chop ginger, garlic cloves, shallots and chillies. Shred the cabbage, chop the broccoli heads off then split the stalks (we can use these too) and slice the chicken breast.
Boil the kettle, pour into a saucepan and add the noodles. While these are cooking add a dash of sunflower oil into a frying pan and add the all the veg (garlic, ginger, shallots, chillies, broccoli, carrot ribbons, cabbage, sugar snaps, bean sprouts) add the sesame seeds and soy sauce to your taste. Next add chicken and stir until chicken is cooked, add the noodles, sprinkle garlic powder over and if you like it salty add more soy sauce :)
Garnish with coriander and enjoy!
