Meal prep ideas -  Gluten, milk, egg & wheat free Spaghetti & Meatballs

Spaghetti, Mushrooms & Meatballs 🍝

Cook & prep time total - 20 mins

 

Ingredients:

 

Free from gluten, milk, egg & wheat spaghetti 

Meatballs

Parsley

On the vine large & cherry tomatoes

Onions

Green olives

Red chillies

Mushrooms

Garlic

Garlic powder

Celery salt

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil spray

 

Method:

 

Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes, chillies and mushrooms.  Spray the olive oil into a pan and lightly fry the garlic & onions with salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery salt.  When slightly brown add the tomatoes, olives, chilli & mushrooms, turn to a low heat and leave to simmer. 

 

I used normal sized meatballs and rolled into mini ones but you can use whichever size you like ☺️ spray some olive oil into a frying pan add the meatballs and sprinkle some garlic powder, brown then add to the sauce.

 

Boil the kettle, once boiled add the spaghetti and water to a pan.

 

Serve and garnish with parsley ☺️
