Meal prep ideas - Gluten, milk, egg & wheat free Spaghetti with prawns, salmon, tomatoes, spinach in a chilli tomato sauce

Gluten, milk, egg & wheat free Spaghetti with prawns, salmon, tomatoes, spinach in a chilli tomato sauce 🦐🐟🍅🌶🍃🍝

Cook & prep time total - 15 mins

 

Ingredients:

 

Free from gluten, milk, egg & wheat spaghetti

Tiger Prawns

Salmon fillet

On the vine cherry tomatoes

Spinach leaves

Chilli 

Large on the vine tomatoes

Chilli flakes

Onions

Spinach leaves 

Garlic cloves

Garlic powder

Salt 

Pepper

Olive oil spray

 

Method:

 

Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes, and chillies.  Spray the olive oil into a pan and lightly fry the garlic & onions with salt, pepper & garlic powder. When slightly brown add the tomatoes, & chillies, turn to a low heat and leave to simmer.  

 

Boil the kettle, once boiled add the spaghetti and water to a pan. 

 

Once cooked add sauce and the prawns, salmon, spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of chilli flakes ☺️
