Courgetti Spaghetti & Tiger Prawns

Courgetti Spaghetti & Tiger Prawns

Cook & prep time total - 15 mins

 

Ingredients:

 

Tiger Prawns

Courgette

Olive Oil Spray

Chilli Flakes

Garlic Cloves

Lemon Juice

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Cherry Tomatoes 

Spring Onions

Root Ginger

Soy Sauce

Garlic Powder

 

Method:

 

Spiralize the courgette and wrap in a tea towel, squeeze all the water out other wise they will end up soggy (unless you like them like that) place to one side.

 

Finely chop the root ginger, spring onions, garlic and cherry tomatoes.  Add olive oil spray to a frying pan and cook the ginger, garlic, tomatoes and spring onions for a few minutes adding a splash of soy sauce and the chilli flakes.

 

Add the king prawns with sweet chilli sauce (unless you're being really healthy) and a splash of lemon juice.

 

Add olive oil spray to another pan, this one's for the courgetti spaghetti, if you like garlic (it's so good for you, strengthens the immune system and helps with weight loss among other health benefits) sprinkle the garlic powder onto the courgette spirals and cook for around 3-5 mins depending on how crunchy you like them.
