Healthy Fish Cakes & Courgette Spirals
Tinned Pink Salmon
Salt & Pepper
Sweet Chilli Sauce (Unless you're being really strict)
Gluten Free Rolled Oats
Olive Oil Spray
Finely chop the shallots and fry until soft.
Drain the salmon and mash up with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and shallots, cool then add half an egg and mix again.
Spiralize the courgette and leave to one side.
Blend the rolled oats, make the salmon mix into flat balls and cover in oat breadcrumbs.
Fry in Olive oil spray for 8-10 mins until golden brown, frying the courgette spirals at the same time.
Serve with lime wedges, chopped chillies, sweet chilli sauce and enjoy! :)
